If you love amazing artesanal bread, look no further: New Wave Bakery in Benissa Costa is the place to go. Nicolás is a wonderful baker.
At last ... a croissant worthy of it's name. Close your eyes and you're in France. It tastes of butter, is crunchy and airy and by far the best croissant of the entire Costa Blanca. Mindblowing!
New Wave Bakery is amazing! I tried their black bread and pan flauta but they have all sorts of pastries like magdelenas, croissants, and other treats. Everything is as good as it gets. The most simple bread with such bounce and taste. It is too good for words really🤤

Repostería hecha en el sitio por el propio personal, fina y deliciosa. Nos llevamos un pan Terreta de olivas romero y limón que se come solo sin falta de ponerle nada más! Delicioso y buen precio.

La única panadera en nuestra zona que ofrece pan de verdad: masa madre, harinas de calidad y un sabor auténtico que recuerda al pan de antes. 🥖 Además, cada pieza está hecha con cariño y dedicación, y se nota en la textura, el aroma y el sabor. Super adresse! Nicolas est un très bon boulanger et super sympa, toujours bienveillant avec ses clients. Le pain est un peu cher mais succulent et se conserve plusieurs jours, donc pas de perte. J’aimerais garder cette adresse secrète mais il faut savoir partager😉
